1. All ticket sales are final.
  2. Buyers must be at least 18 to purchase tickets or claim prizes.
  3. The ticket purchaser is responsible for completing the contact information on the ticket.
  4. At the Purchaser’s discretion, they may physically deposit the entry ticket in the raffle drum or designate a representative.
  5. For online sales, authorized Thunderbird Amateur Radio Club representatives may complete the ticket(s) by filling in the purchaser information. They will send the ticket numbers by email to the PayPal email address used at the time of purchase.
  6. Tickets may be sold in discounted blocks according to this table.
    $ 5 for 1 Entry Ticket,
    $ 20 for 5 Entry Tickets,
    $ 40 for 10 Entry Tickets,
    $ 80 for 20 Entry Tickets
    $150 for 40 Entry Tickets
  7. All tickets must be in the raffle drum 15 minutes before the posted drawing time.
  8. No tickets can be deposited in the raffle drum after the drawings have begun.
  9. Purchased tickets, which are not in the raffle drum, are non-refundable.
  10. Tickets are non-transferable, nor resalable except by sponsor organization.
  11. Tickets with folds, wrinkles, tears, or other deformation may be invalid and will be voided if drawn.
  12. Any alteration of the ticket voids the said ticket
  13. Price breaks are for the current sale only and are not cumulative
  14. Tickets may not be purchased outside of the state of Arizona
  15. The Raffle Drawing will be on January 13th, 2024, at the Hamfest at noon
  16. Ticket Sales close at 11:30 on January 13th, 2024
  17. Winners do not need to be present to win.
  18. Winners must pick up their prize in person within 30 days of the drawing
  19. Prizes will be drawn in reverse order (5th Place first) and will include 5 alternates
  20. Alternate tickets will be used in the order drawn to award unclaimed prizes.
  21. Once all of the alternate tickets have been used, unclaimed prizes are retained by Thunderbird Amateur Radio Club.
  22. Violating posted Raffle Rules will void the buyer’s tickets and/or disqualify the participant.
  23. Corporations and businesses may not participate in the raffle.
  24. Any buyer who wins $600 or more in prizes must provide their Social Security Number or Taxpayer ID Number. Failure to provide the required tax information will void the ticket and forfeit all winnings.
  25. Disputed resolutions and sanctions are at the discretion of the sponsor organization, and their decisions are final.
  26. Thunderbird Amateur Radio Club’s liability is limited to the ticket price.
  27. Thunderbird Amateur Radio Club cannot be held responsible for force majeure, acts of God, or any circumstance beyond the club’s control.
  28. Due to postal regulations, raffle ticket stubs cannot be mailed or returned.
  29. Physical tickets can be picked up the day of Tbirdfest at the Thunderbird Amateur Radio Club booth.
  30. The Raffle Drawing will be on January 13th, at the Hamfest at noon (Ticket sales end 11:30 AM) Prizes will be drawn in reverse order (5th Place first) and include 5 alternates. Winners have 30 days to claim their prize.
